Returns & Refunds
All purchases made by the Consumer Customer on the Site are covered by the guarantee of the right of withdrawal, which gives the possibility to return, for any reason, the product purchased and to obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred within 14 days.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@lucianobarbera.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Taxes & Duties
We currently ship all goods directly from Italy. Wether taxes and duties are included depends on the shipping destination. Please see bellow for information on specific regions.
Yes. All orders shipped to the European Union are already inclusive of VAT by default.
For all orders shipped to Eastern Europe there may be customs charges to pay directly to the courier at the time of delivery.
For all orders shipped to the United States, any customs, taxes and duties are not included at check out and will be calculated according to the value of your order in your state and billing address.
All taxes and duties are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
We usually fulfil orders within 1 business day. Shipping times depend on the shipping destination.
A maximum of approximately 15 working days from the time of purchase are calculated for the fulfilment and shipment of the products. The above terms are purely indicative and not essential.
The cost of shipping to Italy is free. For other destinations, shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

Warranty & Repair
The Consumer Customer has the right to a 24-month legal guarantee pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments. In the event of receipt of Products that do not comply with the orders or are defective, the Customer must notify the Seller by e-mail, accompanying any photographs and details. In order to take advantage of the guarantee, it is necessary to show the purchase documents. Read more in our Terms of Service
